(VI) Other policies

1. 综合保税区与境外之间进出的货物，不实行进出口配额、许可证件管理，但法律、行政法规和规章另有规定的除外。

1. Unless otherwise specified in laws, administrative regulations and rules, transactions between enterprises in KMFTZ and foreign enterprises are not subject to the import/export quota and license systems.

2. 经海关核准，区内企业可以办理集中申报手续。实行集中申报的区内企业应当对1个自然月内的申报清单数据进行归并，填制进出口货物报关单，在次月底前向海关办理集中申报手续。

2. Upon the approval of the customs, enterprises in KMFTZ may apply for centralized declaration. Such enterprises shall merger declaration data occurring in one calendar month, fill out the import/export declaration form, and apply for centralized declaration before the end of the next month.

3. 经海关批准，区内企业可以在综合保税区展示厅内举办商品展示活动。

6. Upon the approval of the customs, enterprises in KMFTZ may carry out product exhibition activities at the exhibition hall of the zone.
